Heidi AI now available via Shexie Platinum!

Shexie is proud to announce that we have expanded our AI offering with the integration of Heidi AI into our class leading practice management platform, Shexie Platinum.

Widely considered to be one of the leading medical scribe options available currently, Heidi is helping streamline users note taking and letter production process with its AI transcription platform. With the Heidi AI platform being directly integrated into Shexie Platinum, this allows users to take the transcribed information from Heidi and have it directly inserted into the Patients file without the need for any copying and pasting.

Users have the ability to generate both clinical notes as well as correspondence using the Heidi AI / Shexie Platinum collaboration, with the ability to create as many different outputs as required from the one transcription as Heidi is capable of rewording the information based on the selected template without the user having to transcribe it a second time. Perfect for situations where you need to create a letter back to the patients referring doctor, followed up with a letter addressed to the patient directly.

Transcribed information from Heidi is compatible with our robust document production process, where it can be inserted into the desired template setup by the practice. These documents are then automatically stored against the patients file ready to be dispatched to the final recipient via any of the current methods including but not limited to Healthlink, Medical Objects, eFax, Referral Net and more.
